CZG – Česká zbrojovka Group has changed its name to Colt CZ Group SE
Prague, April 12, 2022 ― CZG - Česká zbrojovka Group SE (“CZG”, “the Group” or “the Company”) announced changes to its corporate identity and name to Colt CZ Group SE. The new Company name is effective as of 12 April 2022.
“This change is related to the acquisition of Colt last year and the integration process. We have taken this step to highlight both of our key brands, raise awareness of the new, expanded Group and underline the long-term relationship and commitment to both key brands,” said Jan Drahota, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Colt CZ Group.
