Colt CZ Group SE: Announcement of changes in the Board of Directors and top management

Prague, March 10, 2025 - Colt Group SE (“Colt CZ”, the “Group” or the “Company”) hereby announces the resignation of Mr. Dennis Veilleux from the position of member of the Board of Directors of the Company effective April 1, 2025. His position in the Board of Directors will remain vacant until further notice.

Mr. Dennis Veilleux is also stepping down from all management positions within the Group. The position of the President of Colt CZ Group North America will be taken over by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Colt CZ, Mr. David Aguilar.
